For size reference Cuff size should be one inch smaller than your wrist for traditional fit 

To ensure the best fit, please measure around the largest part of your wrist using a soft measuring tape. For cuffs, I recommend sizing up slightly to allow for a comfortable fit when sliding the cuff on and off.
