Exchanges & Returns:

• All sales are final. Since each item is made-to-order, returns are not accepted. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

• Exchanges may be offered at my discretion, but please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item if you wish to discuss a potential exchange.

Processing & Shipping Times

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. If your item is made-to-order, please allow 10-14 business days for crafting, as each piece is carefully handmade to ensure the highest quality.
